Caelis Menu

From Wednesday to Saturday, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, in addition to our tasting menus, we also offer a lunch menu (Caelis Menu – €42 VAT included) that changes every two weeks in August according to what is available at the market. It includes a starter (choice of two) and a main dish (choice of two) followed by a selection of cheeses or sweet dessert, plus coffee or tea. The menu also comes with one of two wine choices (red or white) selected by our sommelier.

Tuna tartar in a Smith Granny leaf with soya and ginger vinaigrette and crunchy radish


Light vichyssoise with confit leek and herring caviar


Salmon filet in an almond crust, courgette coulis and caramelized potato


Smoked beef onglet in a vine shoot with fig and reduced juice to the wine of Priorat


Frozen chocolate cake and passion sorbet
